Project Overview

Hello Cake exists to make pleasure as approachable as it is universal. In a category historically shrouded in shame and confusion, we built a brand that speaks plainly, designs inclusively, and iterates obsessively.

Rather than gendering products or relying on euphemism, we organized the entire line around anatomy—creating an intuitive system that works for anyone, regardless of identity or orientation. This doesn't just make shopping easier; it fundamentally reframes sexual wellness as something shame-free.

The brand voice we developed reflects this: warm, direct, and unapologetically fun. Every touchpoint works to normalize conversations around pleasure without infantilizing or oversexualizing.

On product, we pioneered an iterative design model that prioritizes real feedback over assumptions. Small-batch test launches allow refinement before scaling, ensuring every product has been vetted for actual pleasure, not just market viability.
